দেশজুড়ে ছিল কঠোর নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা
আজ খবর (বাংলা), [দেশ] নতুন দিল্লী, ভারত, ২৭/০১/২০২৬ : গতকাল প্রজাতন্ত্র দিবস উপলক্ষে দেশ জুড়ে নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা বেশ আঁটোসাঁটো ছিল। কোথাও কোনো নাশকতার খবর নেই.তবে জম্মু ও কাশ্মীর থেকে সেনাবাহিনীর একটি ছোট দুর্ঘটনার খবর পাওয়া গিয়েছে।
দেশের ৭৭ তম প্রজাতন্ত্র দিবস উপলক্ষে নানারকম হুমকি যে ছিল না তা নয়,তবে মাথা ঠাণ্ডা রেখে ইন্টেলিজেন্স উইং এর ওপর ভরসা রেখে দেশের সামগ্রিক নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা যথেষ্ট আঁটোসাঁটো করে দেওয়া হয়েছিল, যাতে একটি মাছিও গলতে না পারে। আর এই কাজের জন্য অত্যাধুনিক প্রযুক্তির সাহায্যও নেওয়া হয়েছিল। ক্রমাগত নজরদারি চালানো হয়েছিল ড্রোন থেকে। শেষ পর্যন্ত প্রজাতন্ত্র দিবসের দিন বড় কোনো ঘটনা ঘটে নি। তবে এখনই নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা শিথিল করা হচ্ছে না।
তবে জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরে সেনাবাহিনীর তরফ থেকে একটি ছোট দুর্ঘটনার খবর পাওয়া গিয়েছে। জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরের মেন্ধার সেক্টরে ল্যান্ড মাইন রাখা ছিল। সেখানেই টহল দেওয়ার সময় এক সেনা জওয়ানের পা পড়ে যায় একটি ল্যান্ড মাইনের ওপরে। তাঁকে সতর্ক করাও হয়েছিল। ঐ জওয়ান ল্যান্ড মাইন নিরোধক বুট পড়ে থাকায় বড় কোনো ঘটনা ঘটে নি। ঐ সেনা জওয়ান এখন রীতিমত সুস্থ আছেন বলে জানা গিয়েছে সেনা সূত্রে।

Although there were intelligence inputs and potential threats, authorities maintained strict vigilance using advanced technology, including continuous drone surveillance, ensuring smooth celebrations nationwide. As a result, no major untoward incidents occurred on Republic Day, and security measures have not yet been relaxed. However, a minor incident was reported from Jammu and Kashmir’s Mendhar sector, where an Army jawan accidentally stepped on a land mine during patrol despite prior warnings. Thanks to wearing a landmine-protection boot, the soldier escaped serious injury and is reported to be in good health, according to Army sources.
